Back in 2014 and 2015, there was pretty much no musical artist I was more obsessed with than Made in Heights. When their full EP, Without My Enemy What Would I Do, came out in 2015 I couldn't stop playing it. It provided a super sexy soundtrack to the relationship I was in at the time, and even now, I hold it up there as one of my all-time favorite albums to play from beginning to end.

I wondered for a long time why Made in Heights never toured, and the other day decided to check in and see if they had even tweeted or updated their website since the album dropped. They have not—and as you might have guessed, it turns out that the duo that made up the group, Kelsey Belkin and Sabzi, had split some time ago. Bulkin said in an interview that she faced "a frontier of grief" after that, which influenced her first solo foray, a song called, "Andromeda."

"Andromeda" has a lot of the hallmarks of what I loved about MIH, mainly Bulkin's breathy vocals and those dark, moody vibes that drew me in back in 2014. Take a listen below and let me know what you think!

You should know that thunder can take you under
Can shake your bones inside
You should know how water will break
Never rip on your tide
