Contrary to what my facial expression might imply - I actually do love this outfit. I know it's not along the lines of the mostly grey/black looks I've been wearing of late, but the shot of color provided by these mustard yellow jeans does a lot to get my brain thinking spring. (After all, it's the first day of March!)
I really like how navy and dark yellow look together, and with the shot of red in the stripes on my sweater (that I'm realizing now you can't even see) - well, that's where you get the prime-ary thing. Maybe also because I feel like this is kind of like a grown up version of something I wore in primary school...? I don't know. Point is - it's very tomboy and oh-so-easy.

This is a fab outfit, love the pop of colour from the yellow jeans. Totally agree the yellow/navy combo is really cool xoxo
ReplyDeleteI love the pop of color with those yellow jeans(I've been looking for a good pair) and those shoes are amazing! While i'm actually trying to incorporate more black into my wardrobe(up until this past year I've been all about brown and now I just want everything in black), navy will always have a special place in my heart.
ReplyDeleteGreat loafers! I love interesting flats and those really eye-catching.
ReplyDeleteLove this outfit! And fabulous blog; just found it from your 'tips on naming your fashion blog' post over at IFB (ps. also <3 your blog name).
