{let's recap} insta-vacation...

Mom and Sarge reading the paper / a family holiday dinner at our house / my fair city / Merry Christmas from my parents and me / Skiing with Alex and Anne / reunited with Lauren and Pippi at the Duchess in Seattle / XC skiing in my fav Burton jacket (c/o) / goggles / chairlift on Baldy / so many sweaters / a cabin on our snowshoe adventure / Sun Valley / a view of Baldy from xc skiing / NYE with Alex & Anne / Baldy

I am, as we speak, somewhere over North Dakota at about 35,000 feet, on my way back to the island of Manhattan where I call home. I was fortunate enough to spend 2 weeks between Seattle and Sun Valley, Idaho - relaxing, reuniting, skiing, drinking, sleeping and breathing some seriously fresh air. It was an amazing and restorative trip, eye-opening, and maybe even a little heart-fluttering from time-to-time.

As usual, I feel like I could use another month of this schedule, but I'm also anxious to get back to the city. (I find that feeling to be more and more intense the longer I live here.) I have made a couple of resolutions to myself that I am primed to get started on. What are they? Well, this year that's for me to know and you to find out ;)
