fiesta, fiesta...

Modelo, Pacifico and Coronas...
Friends since 5th grade, y'all.

Just thought I'd share a few snaps from the weekend with ya! We had a small but mighty gathering at our apartment for "Cinco de Derby" on Saturday. Over Mexican beers, margaritas made from scratch, we donned our festive attire and an assortment of hats and had a rather wonderful, if only slightly tequila-soaked afternoon and evening.

I wore my favorite new maxi skirt from Old Navy and a tee from Forever 21, and Tully is wearing my Mango maxi and army surplus jacket (and fab Hat Attack fedora). I'm telling you guys, maxi skirts are the sweatpants of summer (more on that later). Jerry's wearing my Hat Attack panama, which I'm also currently obsessed with.

  9. Uber amazing skirt. And the fact that it's from Old Navy means it was probably a. affordable and b. it's probably still in the store... I just might have to scope one up for myself. = P
