(belated) mid-week music moment...

Rock me mama like a wagon wheel, rock me mama any way you feel...

So, yes, I'm a little late. And once again, my deepest apologies! My roommates and I have been totally dropping the ball on getting our apartment hooked up with cable and internet. Oops. Anyway, I'm back at my fav new spot, Paradise Cafe. It's right down the street, and I come here daily to sip on cold brew coffee and stalk my frenemies on Facebook. Kidding! Sort of...

The point is, I'm sitting here as we speak, and a song just came on over the speakers that I had forgotten about, so I decided to share it here. It's probably the least New York City song I've listened to lately, but I still love it. This is Old Crow Medicine Show's "Wagon Wheel." It's a little more country than I usually go for (actually a lot more country than I ever go for), but it's soulful and folksie... and a little sexy? Hope you like...

xoxo
