how much can you handle? more NYFW commin' atcha...

I'm completely exhausted and overwhelmed by Fashion Week. And I'm not even there. I'm just creeping around on Twitter and The Cut, reading the style section of the New York Times, and barely keeping a handle on who's showing what and when. In the past two day's I've already gotten behind on Phillipe Lim, Oscar De La Renta, Marchesa (seen at right), Marc by Marc, Tori Burch, Proenza, Rodarte.... and more. So many more.

Really there's only so much you can do, and only so many slowly downloading look-by-look slideshows my dying PowerBook can stand before it goes to the spinning rainbow circle place and never comes back. However, if you're a fashion junkie like me, following the shows online this week is like one long, delicious fix before being cut off and sent to rehab. I'm in deep, and I like it.

So if you're hankering for just a taste of all the Fall 2010 loveliness, gleaned from hours of browsing on my part, click on through and browse around.

More Oscar... The lowered hemline and fur accenting was shown at many of the shows...

I am in LOVE with both these dresses, as well as the back of the green dress on the far right. And the shimmering legs, so chic.

Honestly, I am so utterly taken with this ODLR collection, I wish I could post the whole thing, but that would be ridiculous, so to see the rest of the brilliance, check out New York magazine's coverage. (Same goes for the rest of the shows!)

Patterns, layers, loops, and lace not for the faint-of-heart at Rodarte...

More Rodarte...

Tory Burch...

Black & white brilliance at Marchesa...

Seriously, amazing.

Ok, now I'm tuckered out, coming down off my designer, besequined, fur-accented high and must rest.

Until the next round, my loves.
