from the SUILTSOY craft corner: Valentines!

I'm a little behind this year, but I'm still doing it. Here's what I spent a good chunk of Wednesday night and Thursday working on...

I really like making cards, clearly. These are just an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper folded "hamburger style" and cut along the fold, then each half folded in half again. I bought two notepads of thin, brightly colored paper in different sizes; one neon, one more basic but still very bright. From there I just went to town with scissors, a Glu Stick and a gold glitter pen.

Nothing says love like a homemade card, guys.

To my Valentines (you know who you are) keep your eye on the mailbox!

*Here's a hint: for perfectly symetrical yet delightfully imperfect hearts, fold the paper in half and cut a teardrop shape out of the folded side. Unfold, and voila! :)
